Kentucky State Police responding to a complaint about a suspicious person on Manchester Loop in Owensboro led to an arrest Friday.
Upon further investigation, Johnathan McRath was arrested on multiple charges which included Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.
McRath was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
