A Beaver Dam man charged with murdering 30-year-old Amanda Riley has his case sent to the grand jury.
Donald Lynch appeared in Ohio County Circuit Court Tuesday morning to waive his preliminary hearing.
Lynch was arrested for Riley’s murder just over a week ago after her body was found in an Ohio County lake.
The grand jury has 60 days from January 3 to hear Donald Lynch’s case.
Lynch is facing life in prison if convicted of the murder.
