A Muhlenberg County teacher charged with raping one of her former students pleads not guilty in circuit court.
According to the Muhlenberg Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, a pretrial conference for Courtney Davis is scheduled for January 30.
Davis is accused of having an improper sexual relationship with a boy under 18 years of age.
Davis could face up to five years in prison on the third degree rape charge.
