
A Brownsville man was arrested Wednesday evening following an investigation into several area burglaries at Amish homes.
Stephen Grider was arrested after being found with stolen items at a home on Oak Hill School Road.
The Barren County Sheriff’s Office investigated two burglaries at Amish homes in the NoBob area on Sunday. Kentucky State Police investigated another in the Railton community on Monday, while the Allen County Sheriff’s Office worked a similar burglary on Wednesday.
Grider was charged with Burglary 1st Degree, two counts of Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, and Possession of Marijuana.
