An Elizabethtown man was arrested Monday night and faces a number of charges related to an alleged incident last month at the home of a female acquaintance.
Logan Calloway, 28, is charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree sexual abuse, fourth-degree assault — domestic violence, no visible injuries and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
According to Calloway’s arrest citation, he is alleged April 29 to have kicked down a back door to a home and confronted a woman. He is alleged to have pushed the woman down a set of stairs and choked her, according to his warrant, and breaking her cellphone after she said she was going to contact police.
He then left and returned 20 minutes later. According to that warrant, he is accused of fondling a teenage girl.
Calloway is being held in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. May 19 in Hardin District Court.
He faces up to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
