An Ohio County man has been arrested for violating the Sex Offender Registry.
The Kentucky State Police arrested 51-year-old Jacob Berry of Hartford after a week long investigation. Kentucky State Police received information that Berry was using Facebook, while being on the Kentucky Sex Offender registry list.
Troopers found Berry at the Cadillac Motel in Owensboro. Berry was arrested without incident on a charge of Failure Comply with Sex Offender Registry 1st and was taken to the Ohio County Detention Center.
