The man involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on Louisville Road in March has been indicted for murder.
Police say Brad Weeks told them he drank six beers after getting off work and that he should not have been driving when he ran a red light and struck the vehicle of Carolyn King.
Police say King was killed almost instantly and that Weeks left his car and fled on foot.
The indictment was handed down Wednesday in Warren Circuit Court.
Weeks was also indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.
It was his second offense within ten years.
