A man is behind bars in Ohio County following a traffic stop.
Kentucky State Police say the traffic stop showed Richard Matthews of Owensboro was driving under the influence.
Further investigation proved him to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Matthews was arrested and taken to the Ohio County Detention Center.
