A routine traffic stop led to a drug arrest in Daviess County.
Kentucky State Police say they stopped 25 year old Christopher Lawson of Owensboro for a traffic violation on KY 144.
After an investigation, Lawson was arrested on drug charges and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. His charges are as follows:
Possession of Controlled Substance First Degree, First Offense (Meth)
Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
Failure to Notify Address Change to the Department of Transportation
