Two women were arrested after they allegedly tried to use fake money to purchase some items in Muhlenberg County.
According to police, a dollar store employee in Drakesboro reported that two females had come into the store and tried to purchase merchandise with counterfeit money,
Officials launched an investigation and arrested Regina Ward and Melissa Hocker.
Both have charges ranging from criminal possession of forged instrument to promoting contraband and tampering with physical evidence.
