Kentucky Conservation Officers made a drug arrest during a routine patrol at Rough Lake.
On Sunday (8/20) officers observed a lone man with fishing equipment on the bank. Upon talking with the man, it was determined that he did not have a fishing license but had a outstanding warrant. Upon further investigation, officers discovered the man had a small plastic bag that contained a white crystal substance along with a glass pipe, and three butane lighters.
The man was arrested for the warrant and additional charges of possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
