Officials have released the name of the victim in a fatal shooting in Bowling Green.
According to police, the call came around 12:09 AM on September 3, where Peter Gall claimed he had shot his friend.
Bob Skipper, Director of Media Relations at Western Kentucky University, says Gall is a WKU student.
When officials arrived on scene, they found the victim, 21-year-old Kenneth Davis, bleeding on the floor.
Skipper says Davis was also a WKU student.
Peter Gall was arrested and is now being charged with manslaughter.
