
Kentucky State Police arrested a Meade County man after an investigation by the State Police Electronic Crime Branch.
Troopers arrested 45 year-old David Sayenga Jr. Wednesday (9/28) night on charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Sayenga was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Police began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a Vine Grove address in Meade County. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to the State Police Forensic Laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Sayenga is currently charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He was lodged in the Meade County Detention Center.
