An Irvington man charged with murder had his first court appearance on Tuesday (11/14).
A not guilty plea was entered for 50 year-old Farrand Owen Skinner III during the arraignment in Breckinridge District Court. Skinner is accused of fatally shooting 39 year-old Paul Harrison at a location of Highway 333 South last week. Kentucky State Police said the shooting was the result of an argument between the two men.
A pre-trial conference is set for November 28th. Skinner is lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
