A 79-year-old Louisville man was arrested Tuesday on 74 charges related to child sexual abuse material and child abuse.
According to court documents, Mack Horn voluntarily went to Louisville Metro Police, waived his Miranda rights and admitted to the allegations.
Horn is facing nine types of charges, including rape, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sexual abuse and sodomy.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in court Wednesday.
