A Custer man is facing rape and sodomy charges after he turning himself in to authorities.
After a month long child abuse investigation by the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department and Child Protection Services, 66 year-old Donald Wayne Stinnett came into the sheriff’s office Tuesday (3/13) morning and confessed to multiple incidents of inappropriate sexual contact with a victim under the age of 14 during an interview.
Stinnett was charged with two counts of rape, second degree-no force & two counts of sodomy, second degree and was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation and additional charges may be forthcoming.
