An indictment in Green County leads to the arrest of three people, on charges that include human trafficking of a victim under 18-years-old.
After an investigation, the grand jury returned the indictment of Jonathan Riggs, Laura Underwood and Jacky Underwood.
Officials arrested Riggs and charged him with 20 counts of rape, human trafficking of a victim under 18-years-old, intimidating a witness, and being a persistent felony offender.
Jacky and Laura were charged with 20 counts of complicity to rape, human trafficking and unlawful transaction with a minor.
They were lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
