A recanvass of votes has been requested in the 27th District State Representative race of the 2018 General Election on Tuesday (11/6).
According to Meade County Clerk Judy Jordan, the request was filed Thursday (11/8) as the votes cast for Democrat Jeff Greer and Republican Nancy Tate will be reviewed on Thursday (11/15) at 9 AM at the Meade County Courthouse. The Meade County Board of Election members will check and recanvass all of the voting machines and absentee ballots for that races.
Candidates have until 4 pm Tuesday (11/13) to request additional recavass of votes from the general election.
