Two separate fires in Muldraugh displaced residents over the weekend.
The first fire was reported around 2:13 pm Saturday (12/8) at 205 Perry Street. Firemen from the Muldraugh, Flaherty, and West Point Fire Departments worked about an hour extinguish the fire.
The second fire destroyed a mobile home at 610 Wilson Street in Muldraugh Sunday (12/9) afternoon. Firemen from Muldraugh and Flaherty Fire Departmrents received the call just after 2 pm and worked about an hour and half to extinguish the fire.
The American Red Cross and LG&E also assisted crews at both scenes. The cause of the fires remain under investigation.
