According to the Bowling Green Police Department, 37 year-old Joseph Crouch was arrested on Friday on an indictment warrant from a February 2019 investigation.
He is charged with Sex Abuse with a victim under 12 years of age.
Crouch remains in the Warren County Regional Jail under a $10,000 cash bond.
