
Breckinridge County Attorney Bradley Butler has announced his candidacy for the vacant District Court bench which opened by Kenneth Harold Goff II was appointed Circuit Judge.
Butler received a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville in 2003. Prior to being elected County Attorney and private law practice, Butler also served as Assistant County Attorney of Breckinridge County and as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the 46th Judicial District.
According to the Secretary of State’s office, Zanda Myers and Beth Constant Ratley of Leitchfield have also filed for the race. The race for District and Circuit Judge will be included on the November General Election ballot.
