An Elizabethtown man was arrested Saturday night after police say he entered a home without permission and took off his clothes.
Police responded to a residence in the 500 block of Cherry Drive in Elizabethtown, where the homeowner said 21 year-old Quinton Manning entered the home through the front door without permission.
When Manning was asked to leave, he refused. Manning then took off his clothes in front of the homeowner and the homeowner’s mother while in the home, according to the citation.
When a police officer went inside the home, the officer found Manning completely naked and on his knees screaming “please lord” repeatedly.
The citation also said Manning exposed himself to a child younger than 18.
Manning told police he used a controlled substance sometime within the past 24 hours, but did not say what he ingested.
Manning was arrested and transported to the Hardin County Detention Center.
Manning is charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony punishable by 5 to 10 years in prison and a $1,000 to $10,000 fine, if convicted.
Manning also was charged with the misdemeanor crimes of second-degree indecent exposure; public intoxication on a controlled substance excluding alcohol; and first offense, first-degree indecent exposure. He also was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, which is a violation.
Manning is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
