Leitchfield attorney Beth Constant Ratley has announced a candidacy for the Division One District Bench of the 46th Judicial Circuit, which includes Breckinridge, Grayson and Meade Counties.
Ratley serves as Domestic Relations Commission in the Circuit as well as a Master Commissioner for Grayson County after appointment by the late Circuit Judge Robert A. Miller.
She is the third candidate to file for the vacancy created when Kenneth Harold Goff II was appointed to the Circuit Bench following Miller’s death. Breckinridge County Attorney Bradley Butler and Leitchfield attorney Zanda Myers have filed with the Secretary of State’s Office for the special election that will be held on November 5.
