The Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a road rage incident Saturday (8/25) night which left a man with gunshot wounds. The incident happened in the 17,000 block of South Highway 259, near the Grayson County line, when a male subject stopped a vehicle and was shot once in each leg.
Few details have been made available due to the ongoing investigation. The male subject was taken to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital for his injuries. The male subject is currently listed in stable condition. The investigation remains ongoing by the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department.
