Authorities in Meade County are searching for an inmate who walked away from a work detail in Brandenburg Wednesday (8/28).
Police are searching for 36 year-old Mark Mullins, who is considered a non-violent offender according to Meade County Jailer J.J. Scarborough. At the present time, Mullins is not believed to be armed. Mullins who is from the Kenton County area, is described as a white male, six foot tall, one hundred seventy pounds with brown eyes, a shaved head and a medium build.
Mullins was last seen wearing a neon green Meade County Detention Work Crew shirt, blue jeans and black boots. Anyone with any information about Mullins is asked to call the Meade County Sheriff’s Department at 270-422-4911.
