The body of a missing Monroe County man was found Tuesday afternoon.
Chief Deputy Lucas Geralds of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said the body of 66-year-old Leslie Richard Dicken was found at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday. Deputy Geralds says a farmer noticed Dicken’s jeep upside down in the weeds near Gulley Creek Bridge on the Gamaliel Road. Authorities say Dicken had been ejected from the jeep when it overturned several times.
Dicken had been missing since this past Sunday morning.
