Louisville Metro Police are looking for a suspect after a woman was stabbed and killed on November 8, 2023.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a call in the 5000 block of Greenbridge Way around 7:15 p.m.
Officers found a woman who had sustained multiple blunt force trauma. She was taken to UofL Hospital where she later died.
The victim has been identified as 44-year-old Amy Skelton.
According to Louisville Metro Police Department on Thursday, an investigation revealed that the alleged attacker, Rawshawn Betts, assaulted and stabbed her multiple times.
Police said he is wanted for her murder. If seen, do not approach him but call 911. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
