
A 28 year-old Alvaton man has been booked into the Ohio County jail with murder charges following a fatal crash in Cromwell.
Cody Swift is facing two murder charges, three assault charges, and several more.
Officials say 9-year-old Christian Francisco and his mother, Eulalia Gomez, were killed in the crash.
Ohio County Sheriff Adam Wright says Swift was arrested on January 26 after he was found to have drugs in his system during the night of the crash.
According to jail records, he was arrested in Warren County before being transported to the Ohio County jail last week.
He is being held on a $200,000 cash bond.
