Louisville firefighters remained on the scene Tuesday of the massive apartment fire that destroyed all 37 units at 310 @ NuLu on Monday.
Officials said it is not safe to enter the first-floor parking garage either, so residents do not have access to their vehicles.
Now, there are concerns that the building could collapse.
The Louisville Fire Department has put in an order for emergency demolition, and everyone has been evacuated from the buildings next door.
Arson investigators are still looking into a cause, but they may never find it because of so much destruction.
It will be up to the city to decide how soon that emergency demolition happens.
The Red Cross is helping residents with food and a place to stay in the meantime. Walmart also stepped up to help them replace clothing and other essentials.
