
A man has been charged with criminal mischief for flattening the tires of a member of the Nelson County School Board.
David Thomas Moss, 40, of New Haven, was taken into custody February 19 by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Department.
The arrest warrant says that on Tuesday, February 13, Moss allegedly punctured the four ties on a Toyota Tundra pickup belonging to David Norman, the District 1 school board representative.
The incident happened while the school board was meeting at Thomas Nelson High School in Bardstown.
Moss is scheduled to be arraigned on March 5.
