
Two men have been arrested after officials seized cocaine, handguns and $37,000 during an investigation on Thursday and Friday.
On February 22 and 23, the Bardstown Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, alongside Kentucky State Police and Homeland Security, carried out search warrants in Lebanon, Danville and Campbellsville after a months-long investigation, according to a release.
Throughout the investigation, it was learned there was drug distribution happening in multiple communities: Bardstown, Lebanon, Elizabethtown, Louisville, Campbellsville and Danville.
Officials said police issued 28 search warrants and two court orders. During searches, officers seized around six kilograms of cocaine, about $37,000 and two handguns.
The investigation led to the arrest of 33-year-old Carlos Hurrigan of Danville and 53-year-old Mark Bell of Lebanon.
