A man is facing several drug-related charges after he was arrested at Dosker Manor Apartments.
According to court documents, officers went into an apartment on the 15th floor that was supposed to be empty. Instead, they found 41 year-old Keiandris Whaley, of Louisville, sitting on a bed inside.
After searching the apartment, officers said they found bags of suspected drugs – like fentanyl pills, crack cocaine, heroin and meth. Also found was a handgun which Whaley was not supposed to have because he was already a convicted felon. The gun was loaded with ammo designed to expand upon impact.
Whaley was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections on five counts of trafficking in controlled substances, along with single counts of burglary, possession of marijuana, gun possession by a felon, and using restricted ammo.
