The Glasgow Police Department arrested a man on Sunday for stealing items from Rural King and on drug offenses.
Dusty Smith, 29, was arrested on Sunday after he was caught on surveillance footage taking items from the store without paying for them.
Authorities later found Smith walking on McKenna Street. Shortly upon arrival, police searched Smith and found methamphetamine on him.
Smith was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
He is currently being held in the Barren County Jail under a $2500 cash bond.
