The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office says deputies are investigating reports of a weapon being brought on to the BlueOval SK battery plant campus in Glendale Tuesday.
The sheriff’s office says they started their investigation after a call about an active shooter was made, but there was no shooting at the battery plant.
Deputies are now looking into reports of a weapon being brandished at two different locations on the property.
The plant has been the target of at least three hoax threat calls in the past few weeks.
A representative from blue Oval says they are cooperating with authorities.
