
A Bowling Green teen faces multiple charges after a traffic stop Wednesday night.
Kentucky State Police trooper attempted to make a traffic stop of a white Chevrolet Impala on Veterans Memorial Lane. The driver, 18 year-old Latravion Browder, continued to Old Barren River Road, where it came to a stop.
During the trooper’s investigation, he located a large plastic bag containing suspect Marijuana, five 600 milligram THC packages containing cannabis, and three handguns. One of the handguns was stolen.
Browder was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana (enhancement); Trafficking in Marijuana (8OZ to <5LBS) 1st offense (enhancement); Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st Degree (motor vehicle); Speeding 15 MPH over the limit; Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) (enhancement); Operating Motor Vehicle under the influence Alcohol/Controlled substance 1st;Escape 3rd Degree (attempt); No Operators-Moped License and Failure of Non-owner Operator to Maintain req insurance, 1st offense.
He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail under a $6,000 cash bond. He is schedule to appear in court on March 20.
