Embattled pool business owner Tracy Davenport has been sentenced to prison time.
It comes after she admitted to taking multiple people’s money to build pools that she never completed.
Davenport pleaded guilty to nine different felonies including theft, fraud, and corrupt business practices after her business, Davenport Extreme Pools and Spas, scammed homeowners out of their money.
Monday, after a months-long legal saga in counties all around the Louisville Metro, Davenport was sentenced to 730 days in prison by a Floyd County judge.
After she serves that time, she will be kept on home incarceration for a year after, and then after that, she will have a year of probation and those are just the charges she faces in Floyd County.
She will soon have to answer to charges she faces in other counties too, including Bullitt County and Clark County.
