A senior living facility in Hart County is under investigation.
Hart County Manor was served with a search warrant on April 8 by members of the Hart County Sheriff’s Office and Munfordville Police Department, according to a Monday news release from Hart County Attorney Justin Baird’s office.
The facility offers assisted living and memory care services.
Police said the search warrant was sought for concerns about the residents’ health and well-being.
The facility is owned by Paintsville-based Pelfrey Group LLC, according to the Kentucky Secretary of State.
A joint criminal investigation has been opened and is being conducted by local authorities and the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.
The nursing home is located at 205 Bridge Street in Munfordville.
