A man is dead after a shooting in downtown Louisville Wednesday.
Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a report of a shooting at 10th Street and West Broadway around 5 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found several vehicles involved in a car crash, and found a man inside a vehicle who had been shot.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene. Another man was transported to University Hospital with unknown injuries, according to Ellis. It is unknown which car the other man was in.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating but currently have no suspects.
