Louisville Metro Police are investigating a fatal shooting Saturday afternoon in the Shelby Park neighborhood.
A little before 4:30 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Preston Street, near East Ormsby Avenue, according to LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell.
Officers found a man who had been shot and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating and currently has no suspects.
