A Louisville man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually abusing two children.
In a release, the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office said 59 year-old Frank Edward Beal pleaded guilty to six counts of sodomy and three counts of sexual abuse. Four of those charges were related to a victim under the age of 12.
Prosecutors said sexual contact happened between September 2018 and September 2022. The rest of the charges stem from sexual contact with a victim under 16 between August 2019 and August 2021.
Once released, Beal will have to comply with the sex offender registry, complete a sex offender treatment program and submit to five-years of post-incarceration supervision.
