A man is dead after a possible overdose at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections Sunday morning.
Louisville Metro Corrections said around 3:30 a.m. officers were alerted that a box containing Narcan had been opened and found 34 year-old Richard Graham unresponsive. Officers, medical staff, and later EMS began life-saving measures, but Graham died before he could be taken to the hospital.
The Metro Corrections Professional Standards Unit has begun an internal investigation. LMPD’s Public Integrity Unit is investigating as well.
