
Four people in Scottsville have been arrested on charges of drug possession and trafficking, with some facing child endangerment charges as well.
On Tuesday, the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force, the Scottsville Police Department and the Allen County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 411 Mill Street, according to the crime task force.
The home was occupied by 31-year-old Steven L. Payne, 30-year-old Brittany N. Farley, 54-year-old Michael J. Carter and 33-year-old Carrie E. Stinson, all of Scottsville.
Detectives located methamphetamine, marijuana and other items consistent with narcotics trafficking and 19 grams of methamphetamine were seized.
Two small juvenile children were present.
Payne, Stinson and Farley were charged with trafficking in controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender and endangering welfare of a minor.
Carter was charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree.
They were all lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
