A person was killed and another was taken to the hospital after a shooting inside a business on Dixie Highway in Valley Station on Saturday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a report of a shooting at a business in the 8800 block of Dixie Highway at 11:23 a.m. Once police responded on scene at Game X Change, they found two males who had been shot. Police didn’t release the ages of the victims.
Police said one person died on scene while the other was taken to University of Louisville Hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
Mitchell said all parties involved in the shooting have been accounted for.
