Embattled pool business owner Tracey Davenport has struck a plea deal in Bullitt County for taking money to build two pools, but not following through.
Under the deal, Davenport will plead guilty to felony theft charges and will get probation as long as she can pay the victims’ restitution. She owes each of them more than $46,000.
Davenport’s probation will last between two and five years or until she repays the money.
She was also charged in Clark and Floyd Counties in Indiana. In Floyd County, she was sentenced to serve 730 days in jail for theft, fraud and corrupt business practice.
