A worker for a contractor is dead after an incident at Willett Distillery in Bardstown Tuesday.
The Nelson County Coroner’s Office has identified the man as 44-year-old Alberto Sanchez Matias.
The Willett Visitors Center and Bar were closed and all tours were canceled for the day.
The coroner said she did not believe any foul play was suspected, although she did not give a cause of death for the employee.
The investigation is ongoing.
