The FBI Louisville Division is searching for information in a healthcare fraud investigation.
The FBI is investigating Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. The substance abuse treatment provider is headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky. According to Addiction Recovery Care’s website, it offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation and job training across Kentucky.
No criminal charges have been brought against Addiction Recovery Care at this time, according to the FBI.
