A third person has been arrested for the death of Ayanna Morgan, a WKU student who was killed in a Bowling Green shooting last year.
The Bowling Green Police Department announced Saturday morning that the U.S. Marshall’s Service has Malcolm Jones in custody in Atlanta, Georgia.
The arrest comes after a months-long search for Malcolm Jones lead by the Bowling Green Police Department.
Bowling Green Police said Malcolm Jones is facing murder charges for his alleged involvement in Morgan’s death.
Jones is the twin brother of Malik Jones, who was charged with murder, tampering of physical evidence and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon in relation to the case.
Another suspect, Kobee Lancaster, also is facing charges connected to the case.
