Madisonville Police say they started an investigation into 38-year-old Bryan Clark earlier this month concerning child sex abuse.
They say he sexually assaulted a child and asked her for nude photos.
Police say they were found on Clark’s phone, and he was also sending obscene material to her.
Officers say they also discovered a video on Clark’s phone where he had placed it in the air vent of a bathroom.
They say Clark is a registered sex offender and a felon in possession of a gun.
Clark was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail under a $10,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 30.
