Kentucky State Police Post 03 received a call to assist the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office at 656 The Bridge Road concerning a shooting around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Ernest Cline, 83 years-old of Bowling Green, was found deceased inside the residence in a bed.
Damien Worrel, age 18. was arrested by Troopers with Post 03 and charged with Murder and Robbery. Worrel was lodged in the Hart County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
