A man and woman are facing rape charges after police say a young child told them she was being abused.
Police say during an investigation, a young child told them 33-year-old Dustin Ausborn had been raping her.
According to a release, that abuse happened between April and July 2024.
Officials with the Madisonville Police Department say the child also told them that 29-year-old Sierra Ausborn was present during the abuse.
On Wednesday, Sierra was arrested and booked into the Hopkins County Jail. She is facing complicity charges.
Dustin was arrested in Murray and will be brought back to Hopkins County.
